Authentically You! becoming the best version of yourself

You've spent a lifetime trying to fit yourself into everyone else’s picture of who you are and what you are here to do. Decades of “fitting in” may have lead you to feeling scattered and unsure of how to find your way back to yourself.

Now, you're likely second guessing yourself. Going back and forth between what your head and heart want.

Your head is telling you that you must take the safe and secure route - financial freedom, your current job and saying yes when you mean no.

Meanwhile your heart is crying out for freedom, autonomy, for you to be you. Craving to put your creativity into action and positively change the world!

With that tug of war going on there is no wonder why you are feeling lost, confused and can’t see your way forward.

“Authentically You!” is the way forward.

“Authentically You!” is designed to mine the experiences of your life and pick up the thread that has been there all along. It is the part of the tug of war that has you choosing yourself. Choosing your path. Choosing what you know you were meant to do. That feeling you get when you are doing the things you are called to do. It might be when you are singing, dancing or creating your product or service. The things that call you, that invigorate you!

The thing is you likely don’t know your way back and that’s where I come in.

“Authentically You!” is my signature Program.

It’s designed for the ready Client. You might be in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond. You have lived life and experienced a few challenges.

Testimonials

Maddie Murray

I joined "Authentically You!" at a time where I was feeling very lonely, isolated, and like I was throwing spaghetti on the wall to figure out what would happen next.

I was interested in getting concrete tools in which I could envision my future and build deep connections. The sessions were thought-provoking and had me dig deep to really consider what it meant to be authentically you. Sue built up to big practices – first guiding us to ourselves and then challenging us to creating a vision statement. Building a vision statement has given me lens through which I can assess the biggest and smallest decisions to ensure they line up with my purpose and values.

The other skills we learned have built resiliency for in-the-moment experiences. Learning to let my emotions be my guiding light has helped me connect more deeply with myself and others around me. The experience has deepened my connection to myself and has created an internal guide to handle anything that comes my way.

Sue Meighan is amazing at moving boulders and helping others.

She is epic, like the super personal coach, meets NASA project manager, meets Mr. Miyagi, meets Auntie Mame, meets that really neat visiting professor in college you wanted to spend more time with.
